Unlocking 3rd LEVEL
To unlock your copy of 3rd LEVEL you will need a Serial
Number (found on the back of the box) and the Machine ID of the
PC on which you have installed the software.
This Machine ID is generated by 3rd LEVEL and can be found by
following the onscreen instructions when you run the software.

Frequently Asked Questions
- "I have installed my copy of 3rd LEVEL, and it wont start."
- A single 3rd Level license allows you access to the software on one machine.
- Make sure you have unlocked the software. See the Unlocking 3rd LEVEL section above.
- "I am trying to install 3rd LEVEL, but the process has stopped"
- The process does sometimes take a while and may appear to have hung.
- If it takes more than twenty minutes then it probably will not complete. Cancel the installation.
- If possible try another PC, as this problem is with the installation process, not the 3rd LEVEL software itself. The instalation may work on a different setup.
- If you cannot get the software to install, please return the disc to us and we will refund the purchase price.
- "Can I move my copy of 3rd LEVEL onto another machine?"
- As things stand you can not however we are looking into producing an online version of 3rd LEVEL which will be accessible from multiple machines

- "The software runs, but the animations are jerky."
- 3rd LEVEL uses high resolution DVD quality video, and as such requires a certain amount of computer power to perform at its best.
